احتفاءً بـ «مارس» شهر النساء .. إطلاق العدد الخامس من مجلة ناجية

أطلقت مؤسسة القاهرة للتنمية والقانون بدعم من هيئة دياكونيا العدد الخامس من مجلة “ناجية” باللغتين العربية، الإنجليزية.
“ناجية” هي مجلة شهرية إليكترونية تهدف إلى دعم الناجيات لمواجهة العنف السائد تجاههن في المجتمع حيث تتعرض النساء والفتيات باستمرار في مصر، والعالم إلى أشكال مختلفة من العنف القائم على النوع الإجتماعي بما في ذلك، العنف البدني، النفسي، الجنسي “التحرش الجنسي والاغتصاب”، وفي الكثير من الأحيان يصل العنف الى القتل، وإلى العديد من الممارسات الضارة بما فيها الزواج المبكر، وتشويه الأعضاء التناسلية “ختان الإناث”.
هذا العدد من مجلة ناجية بالتزامن مع اليوم الدولى للنساء 8 مارس ، ويوم المرأة المصرية 16 مارس ، يحتوى على عدد من الموضوعات منها “ملف العدد ” حوار مع الدكتورة آمنة نصير أستاذة العقيدة ، الفلسفة ، والعميدة السابقة لكلية الدراسات الإنسانية بفرع جامعة الأزهر بالإسكندرية والذي يفتح العديد من القضايا الشائكة منها ختان الإناث ، ضرب الزوجات وتقلد المرأة للمناصب القيادية.
كما يحتوي ملف العدد على مجموعة من المقالات : ” أم مثالية ولكن” لمني علي الدين المدير التنفيذي لرابطة المرأة العربية بالقاهرة ، “البتر الحرام ” للكاتبة والناشطة الحقوقية ايمان يسري ، “المرأة بين ايديولوجيات الهيمنة والتحرر مارس ..بداية الحلم” لمحمد عبد الرحيم مدرب وباحث حقوقي والمرأة بين كفي الرحي لداليا نعمان المحامية بالنقض المستشار القانوني للمؤسسة المصرية للسلام والامن الاجتماعي و”العنف ضد النساء في اماكن العمل بين الاعتراف والإنكار لأمل طه مسئولة الدعم النفسي بالمؤسسة ، والمقالة الافتتاحية للمحامية انتصار السعيد رئيسة مجلس أمناء المؤسسة تحت عنوان ” لماذا أنا نسوية؟
ويتضمن هذا العدد أيضا مجلة ناجية أخبار وفعاليات المؤسسة خلال شهر مارس منها فعالية ويبينار تحت عنوان تحديات وآفاق المساواة بين الجنسين وتمكين النساء» وجلسة حوار تحت عنوان “العنف الاسري.آثار وتحديات” بالتعاون مع المنتدي الثقافي النمساوي بالاضافة لابواب ثابتة مثل “حكاية ناجية” والذي يعرض قصص للناجيات من الختان.
و”حكايتنا في المحاكم” الذي يتناول قصص للناجيات من العنف من خلال رصد وحدة المساعدة القانونية للناجيات من العنف لتجاربهن المختلفة بالمحاكم بالإضافة لفقرة قالوا عن النساء .
وتدعو المؤسسة الناجيات من العنف اللاتى يردن النشر بالمجلة للكتابة، مشاركة قصصهن، حكاياتهن عبر باب “حكاية ناجية”

In coinciding with the International Women’s Day… CFDL Launches the fifth issue of ‘Najia’ Newsletter
Cairo Foundation for Development and Law, with support of the Diakonia Foundation, launched the fifth issue of “Najia” newsletter in Arabic and English.
“Najia” is a monthly electronic newsletter that aims to support female survivors to confront the prevailing violence towards them in society, as women and girls are constantly exposed in Egypt and in the world to various forms of gender-based violence, including physical, psychological, and sexual violence (sexual harassment and rape). In many cases, the violence leads to murder, and to many harmful practices, including early marriage and FGM.
This issue of Najia newsletter, in coinciding with the International Women’s Day, 8th March, and the Egyptian Women’s Day, 16th March, contains a number of topics, including the “Issue File”, an interview with Dr. Amna Nosir, professor of faith, philosophy, and former dean of the Faculty of Human Studies at Al Azhar University in Alexandria, which opens up many thorny issues, including FGM, wife beating, and women’s occupation of leadership positions.
The issue file also contains a group of articles: “An Ideal Mother, But…” by Mona Ali El-Din, Executive Director of the Arab Association of Women in Cairo, “Forbidden Mutilation” by the writer and human rights activist Eman Yousry, “Women between Ideologies of Domination and Liberation…the Beginning of a Dream” by Mohamed Abdel Rahim a trainer and a human rights researcher and “Women between Millstone Palms” by Dalia Noman, lawyer by cassation and legal consultant at the Egyptian Foundation for Peace and Social Security, and “Violence against Women in the Workplace between Recognition and Denial” by Amal Taha, the psychological officer at CFDL, and the editorial article by the lawyer Intisar Al Said, chairperson of the CFDL’s board of trustees, entitled “Why am I a feminist?”
This issue also includes news and events of CFDL during March, including a webinar entitled “Challenges and Prospects for Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment” and a dialogue session entitled “Domestic Violence, Effects and Challenges” in cooperation with the Austrian Cultural Forum. This is in addition to fixed chapters such as “A Female Survivor’s Story”, which shows stories of female survivors of FGM.
“Our Tales in Courts”, which deals with stories of female survivors of violence through the monitoring by the legal aid unit for female survivors of violence of their different experiences in the courts, in addition to the part of “They said about Women”.
